History: Born in the north to a Servant, Dayereth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Varis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location.
