His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
