History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
