History: He was born in a small plains village. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
