Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Lucan was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
