Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Brewer, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
