History: He comes from a rich western family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Beggar and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
