History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to unite with his sister

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, Quarion took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
