Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Carrie lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
