Description: An older man who wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, he is not a threatening figure. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
