History: He got into the Tailor business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up work as a Sellsword and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
