History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aelar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and doesn't want to be a unemployed and was forced into it by his family
