History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nutae grew up listening to his father's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Varis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He is lean but muscular and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Carrie was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to unite with his brother
