History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Berrian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Berrian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Cook kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
