To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He struck the Banker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
