History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theriatis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theriatis. Being a Performer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
