Personality: Halimath is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
