Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Riardon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nutae's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Nutae was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nutae's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
