Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bather who has hired him part-time. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. Aelar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aelar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Vanuath has worked very hard to control his curse. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
