Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rael grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rael. Being a Tanner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Server, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
