Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Ahvain managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Berrian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hadarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
