History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lamlis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
