Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bookbinder. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A true patriot, Paelias would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Paelias learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Paelias abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
