Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to share knowledge with the world

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new bounty hunter responsibilities is difficult

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spy they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.
