He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aust was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's in love; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A true patriot, Heian would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Quarion is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
