History: Born to a Sellsword, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Navigator.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
