Personality: Naill is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Naill is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naill grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naill. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Peren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Laucian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Laucian studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Laucian took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Lamlis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
