Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and doesn't want to be a sailor and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He carries with him a set of scythes on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Arannis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
