History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Himo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Soapmaker business.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Aelar's homeland. Aelar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Aelar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
