History: Carrie was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

He has taken up work as a Butcher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
