He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Through the years after Ivellios was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ivellios's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
