History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up axe and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Erevan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he's in love

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
