Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theriatis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Theriatis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: An older man who wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, he is not a threatening figure. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Dayereth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Dayereth abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and wants a kiss
