Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Raer lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Ivellios learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Ivellios was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ivellios's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Ruler soon after.
