History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Aust learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Aust reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Carrie grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aelar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Aelar studied abroad. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
