Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Vanuath's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Vanuath took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
