His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Erevan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Erevan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Erevan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erevan. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
