Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Efferil studied abroad. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
