History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.
