Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ruler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nutae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
