History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
