His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Raer enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Raer was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
