Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Theren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he desires power and/or immortality
