History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Naal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is a Roofer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Roofer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
