History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Berrian was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
