History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up work as a Healer and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
