Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a great chef.

History: Gifted from a young age, Paelias studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
