Personality: Arannis hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. The war was a terrible time for him, and Erevan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

When Erevan reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erevan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
