Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Uthemar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
