Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in a small island village. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 20. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a Beggar, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
